Celebrity mamas seem to “do it all”. We are inundated with pictures of one celebrity mom after another in her svelte pre-baby-body shape, holding a Medela pump in one hand, a script in the other, and a baby on her hip — usually leaving a gym — and believe she can do it all. But are you skeptical? Just a bit? You should be! The fact of the matter is, Hollywood moms often have hired help behind the scenes in the form of nannies and personal assistants.

Let's take a peek at the real world of celebrity nannying and see which celebrities are getting a little help from their (paid) friends!

Sheryl Crow is mom to two boys, Wyatt (7) and Levi (4), in addition to being a multi-genere recording artist! Sheryl has hired nannies to help with her babies, including famed nanny to the stars, Marva, who has also helped care for Ryan Phillippe and Reese Witherspoon's son, Deacon, and David Arquette and Courtney Cox's daughter, Coco.

Although Angelina Jolie has rarely (if ever) been photographed with a nanny, rumors abound that she actually has a full staff of hired help to assist in raising her six children. In fact, during a Caribbean getaway to Turks and Caicos with designer Donna Karan, Angelina employed twelve nannies — two for each kid — according to locals. Biographer Andrew Morton also wrote about Angelina's hired help in his tell-all book, stating that during the Jolie-Pitt's stay in France, they hired “nannies from Vietnam, the Congo and the U.S.” as well as nurses, a doctor, personal assistants, a maid and six French former army guards.

When you're the daughter of Queen Bey and music mogul Jay-Z, it's a foregone conclusion that you'll want for nothing. Blue Ivy's gifts in the first year of life included a $600,000 gold rocking horse, diamond earrings and a platinum bracelet and the gift of great care — from her nannies. Jay and Bey reportedly hired six nannies to care for newborn Blue Ivy, with at least two on call at all times to change Blue's diaper every hour, on the hour.

Gwyneth Paltrow is the queen of “do it all” celebrity mom-hood. She acts! She sings! She writes! She cooks! But she doesn't do it all alone. Gwyneth expects the very best for her children, Moses and Apple, including a nanny who is fluent in at least four languages, preferably Greek, Latin, Spanish, and French; plays two instruments; and can help Moses with Greek and Latin daily. The nanny who had the right stuff could be paid up to $100,000 per year to take care of Gwyneth's kiddos!

Who doesn't love Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner? They are often spotted out and about together with their three kids, Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel, but that doesn't mean they don't get a little help from nannies. Jennifer is very close to one nanny in particular, who taught Jen to play beer pong! However, recent reports tell an interesting story — Jen gives her nannies a break when she's off working, which “forces” Ben to stay home with the kids instead of going out on the town. Hey, celebrity dads can do it all, too!
