6 Ways to Use Confetti Push Pops For Your Gender Reveal Party

It seems like gender reveal parties are a relatively new fad, and when I was planning a gender reveal party for our fourth baby, I got mixed reactions.

Some people thought it was a bit foolish and over the top, while others seemed to love the idea. As for me? Well, I needed all the help I could get to stay excited through my pregnancy. (I'm one of those moms who has a hard time being pregnant) In my mind, when is it ever a bad time to have an excuse to celebrate?

We went the traditional route with a delicious gender reveal cake, and it was such a good time that I still always keep my eyes peeled for more gender reveal ideas. Because never say never, right?

But other than cake, there are many creative ways to announce your baby's gender, including this fun one I came across the other day for confetti push pops!

No Girls Allowed: If you're having a boy, order a few gender-reveal confetti push pops from Anthropologie. At $12 a pop, you should only need a few to make your celebration sparkle.

DIY: Get the quick-and-easy DIY over at Inspired By This to make the confetti pops in the picture above (all it takes is a few supplies right from Amazon!) or enlist the help of a family member or close friend who would be willing to craft them for you so you can stay in on the surprise, too.

Add Some Sparkle: To get the confetti-only look so you can decorate the tables or dessert displays, order up some sparkly confetti in pink or blue here or put little hands to work cutting up strips of tissue paper.

A Great Price. After doing some digging, the best price to purchase confetti pops that I found was from PosieProject over on Etsy. Her shop offers a set of eight handmade pops for only $30.
