If you're not already tracking your cycle, a fertility monitor can be helpful for couples trying to conceive. It can help you determine if and when you are ovulating and identify any potential problems that may provide an obstacle to conceiving. Consider therapy

I will not make this an annoying PSA to “just relax” because as anyone who has ever been told not to stress knows it never, ever works to just try to relax. All you end up doing is stressing about stressing out and that's not super helpful, now is it? Unfortunately, the stress of trying to conceive is a real thing and also, unfortunately, the body really can be affected by stress when it comes to reproduction. Your body doesn't want to get pregnant in times of extreme stress because biologically speaking, it's not a good thing for your baby's chances of survival, right? So stress really can put a damper on getting pregnant, no matter where that stress is originating from.

The good news is, we can outsmart biology now and work on some stress management and reduction techniques to help ensure that you are doing everything you can to make sure your body is as healthy as possible.

Eat soy … maybe

So, this one is super confusing because it turns out that eating soy for some women actually lowers their fertility. But then another study found that eating soy in women who are undergoing IVF actually boosts their chances of conceiving. So bottom line, talk to your doctor about the latest studies out there for increasing your chances of conceiving, because they really do seem to be always changing.

Have you ever tried any natural ways to boost your fertility?
