No-Churn Oreo Ice Cream

I am a sucker for anything that has Oreos in it, although I know some people, like my husband, hate the soggy cookie in their ice cream type thing. It's something I will never understand, but regardless, I think we can all agree that an ice cream that you can make at home, without churning, that's ready in six hours in your freezer, is a very good thing indeed.

Banana Ice Cream

I make so much banana ice cream that it's not even funny. It's so delicious and easy and I try to convince myself that it's also healthy. Whenever I have a banana about to go bad, I just peel it and pop it in the freezer in a bag. Then, you just throw the frozen banana into a food processor and blend until it turns into a delicious ice cream texture. It's like magic, I swear. You can mix this up by literally adding any toppings or mix-ins you want, like fresh strawberries, peanut butter, or chocolate chips.
