Less than a month to go and I am both anxious to finally meet my baby and terrified of the delivery. I am really scared.

About 30 days left! Just getting the nursery finished up and I have two more meetings with my doula getting me ready. Next week we will be doing a mock-labor where we pretend I am in labor for an hour and practice all my comfort measures I have learned and practice using my Hypnobabies. I think this is a great way for people to get ready; also imagining your birth from start to finish and how you want things to go can help your body and mind just tap into that during the real thing.

My things for the hospital are mostly gathered. We’re just a couple of blocks away so the family will run up anything else I need. (Including my morning coffee!) This is baby 10 so I’m sorta ignoring the fact that labor comes before baby. I know what to expect, labor amnesia has worn off babies ago, so I"m not worried about being surprised.

I need to pack my bag.. I only live 15 minutes from the hospital so if I forget something I can send my hubby to pick it up, although I am going to try to remember everything.
