Pregnancy is a very exciting time for everyone concerned. The person it will affect the most of course is the woman. Pregnancy is unique and there's nothing else quite like it! You should also be preparing to give birth. Learn about labor and delivery. You should also spend time choosing the delivery option you would like to use and organizing everything. You may want to talk to your obstetrician about this. Ultrasound scans will be used to check the health of your baby, your doctor will then be able to suggest the right birthing option for you.
Education is very important, by taking time to learn about labor you will be much less nervous. By understanding what it is you need to do should make doing it much easier.
