Are you becoming forgetful?

While there is no scientific proof for “pregnancy brain,” many women experience periods of forgetfulness or just feeling a little extra foggy during their pregnancies. That feeling of scatter-brain is normal and we can simply chalk it up to extra pregnancy hormones and fatigue.

    writing on my wall calendar is a must now an writing reminders to myself. My stomach feels like its in my chest I just feels like I cant get any bigger I can hardly move now.

    I forget simple things all the time, I started to put cheese instead of the noodles in the boiling water while making home made mac n cheese. I have forgotten so many passwords I have started to keep a note book with all my info.. in it.

    I always forget everything now x) I have to have sticky notes or a notebook around so I can write things down. If I don’t, I’ll forget for like a week x)

    I dont really forget things much but maybe because I try not to let my self be stressed

    At 30 weeks pregnant I will be in mid sentence, get cut off and have no clue what i was about to say!! everyone now knows me as mommy brain i forget everything!! hope it goes away soon 🙂

    I constantly forget things… my wallet, my phone… but most often I forget to put salt in the food when I cook… lol
