Congratulations! You are at the end of your second trimester!

How are you feeling? Muscle cramps in your legs may be more common as your pregnancy progresses. Not only are you carrying extra weight, but slowed circulation and compressed nerves are adding to the problem. Stretching your calves and asking your partner for a massage are all great ways to deal with these pesky cramps.

Are you stressed? You may need to discuss ways to manage this, if you are unable to manage it yourself. Studies show that pregnancy is in the top ranks for stressful situations, and stress is unhealthy for your baby. Try out different breathing techniques, meditation, or yoga to help.

    My baby is in a position to where its pinching a nerve in my back and no matter what it is that i do the baby is not moving from that position may get a kick here or there but no moving in a different position

    I get very restless and uncomfortable when its time for bed I love to feel the movement!

    Im 27 weeks and 2 day leg cramps are bad and Stress is even worst!! The baby is super active and your right about at night!!

    I am 27 weeks and 2 days, with my third baby. This time is completely different then my first two. Then again my youngest son is 22 yrs old. This baby also a boy was a shock. He wasn’t planned. I had no symptoms i was pregnant for almost 4 and a half months. I thought i was starting menopause. I will be 43 in june. So i am very excited and also extremely scared. Things are so different know and because of my age. My ultra sounds have showed he is healthy and growing good. My oldest boys are excited they are gonna have a little brother.

      I hear that! I am 37 my youngest 15 this year my oldest 19 this year! an un planned baby on her way here.. even bigger shock baby daddy just moved out right after conception thought it was stress of him leaving an being premeno pauseaal before hand.. lol well baby dad is back and the oldest off to college soon after birth of her sister, an the youngest well he is all set to be the babysitter! best of luck!

    the baby is so active right now…and always at night as I’m trying to get some sleep! And when I lay on my left side, I have a sciatic nerve-type of pain. Hope this goes away when baby is born!

    IM 27 weeks today and I have been stressed a lot more lately and muscle cramps are the worse!! She is moving so much now keeping me up at night. I hope this not her schedule when she is born : /

    I’m pregnant with twins boy and girl its very deferent from just carrying one and thinking about having two at one time it gets stressful sometimes deep slow breathes really help and comfort food yum! 🙂
