Mother’s Health During Pregnancy Week 21Brought to you by
Don't beat yourself up if you can't keep the schedule you used to. It's important to listen to your body and rest, or stretch, if you need to. Your body is going through some pretty amazing changes; you deserve some time to relax.
Are you getting nervous at the numbers on your scale? As long as you are eating healthy, drinking lots of water, and exercising at a moderate pace (of which, your doctor has approved), the numbers on the scale do not matter. All that matters is that you, and your growing baby (or babies), are healthy. If your feet and ankles are swollen at the end of the day, put your feet up. Drinking water will also help with this, so make sure you are drinking enough of it.
