Pregnancy Week 16

Are you feeling disconnected from the baby growing inside of you? Are you struggling with your body size? This period, before you start really showing but after you’ve gained some weight, is tough on women. Don’t under-eat or over-exercise. Continue to eat balanced meals, and exercise at a healthy pace. Try to remember that there is, in fact, a baby growing inside of you, and wonderful things are ahead. These feelings are normal!

16 weeks +3 days, pregnant with #4, very sure I have felt little ‘bumps’ very hard to believe baby is the size of an avocado! Going so fast, defiantly starting to have more energy although a nap in the afternoon is a must, having fun thinking about what life will be like with a baby in the house ~ started my 17HP shots on Friday will continue for the next 20 weeks, it was a breeze and only side effect was a sore muscle for a day, Congrats to all of you other mommies <3
