Treat yourself! With the first trimester behind you, it's time to celebrate! Find a unique way to do something special for yourself. Chances are by week 13 your libido may be lifting a little, thanks to hormonal changes and a decrease in symptoms, like fatigue and/or morning sickness. Maybe some new lingerie for your increasing cup size is just the thing.
If you have been putting off telling others about your good news, now would be a great time. The pregnancy is becoming more real for fathers and other family members as well. Encourage them to get involved, but not beyond what you are comfortable with. Try to focus now on dealing with all of that “advice” you will be getting with a sense of humor and keep in mind that every pregnancy is different.
