Snooki Lets the World Know A Little Too Much about Her Pregnancy

Snooki isn’t generally known for her awesome decorum or modesty, but her recent interviews have left a lot of people scratching their heads wondering why this woman is even being interviewed. Some of her recent TMI topics have been how she thinks her baby can feel her orgasm, “What does he think it is? Does he see, like rainbows and unicorns? The baby is probably horny. That little creep. [During sex] he’s probably like, ‘Yeah, Mommy!’”

She also spoke about how she hates her breasts and said about breastfeeding, “It just looks so painful and gross … It's kind of like you're a cow, and you just milk it?” The worst comment Snooki made in my opinion was by far when she talked about what life will be like after the baby arrives, she says, “If we’re hung over or if we’ve had two drinks, we’re not going near the kid. We’ll give him to Grandma. God forbid we drop our baby!”

Now I understand women having reservations about breastfeeding and I think almost every woman has wondered about whether or not a baby can feel if you are having sex, but pawning your baby off so you can go get drunk is deplorable. I drink, I know plenty of parents who drink, we all need a night away once and a while; but as a responsible parent I would never get drunk enough to need to hand my baby off to grandma.

I think Snooki needs to realize that parenthood isn’t something you just do when it’s fun, she has responsibilities now and one of those is not getting so drunk that you need someone else to care for your child the next morning. The more Snooki talks about her new baby, the more sympathy I feel for the poor child.

Do you think that Snooki is giving too much information?

I think you gys are simply judging her too harsh. I mean the author of the article said it herslef we;ve all thought about it. Don’t be mad at her because she’s able to say what you wouldn’t dare say aloud. I’m not saying that I would say these things aloud either but I’m also not going to bash someone else for saying it. Also why dis-credit her as a mother because she’s saying that if she gets drunk or feels like she shouldn’t be holding her child she would hand it off to it’s grandmother. Isn’t that the more responsible thing to do other than the alternative of I’ve had a couple of drinks but I’m still a mom so I’ll hold my baby even though I know I shouldn’t. Get real! If I wanted to get drunk one night and my mom lived nearby I would definately call her up for baby-sitting duties until I sobered up. Most grandmothers are honored to be available to watch their grandkids. Lets not be mad at her for using them and also lets not pretend that motherhood is all cookie-cutter and nice. Hell Snookie take a weekend off if grandma is willing or wanting to watch the kiddos for a whole weekend. You’ll be a mother your entire life it’s okay to a a weekend off here or there!

  2. Caroline says:

She definitely has a lot of growing up to do still..

  3. Jamie says:

I think she just needs to grow uo more

  4. Nicole says:

I think Snookie is awesome! She is being honest and open! I think she is getting a kick out of people’s negative reactions she isn’t as stupid as people think!

  5. Elicia says:

I love the fact that snooki can be completely honest with herself and the world, not too many of us do that. Did things come out the way she planned, maybe not but thats life. Nothing is the way we planned, we can just try to move forward and hopefully learn from our mistakes or what we say. Hopefully we just have that support to back us up along the way.

  6. Ami says:

I don’t think anyone should even be around their children when they’ve had even one beer, it sets a terrible example and can be traumatizing for a small child. I think it’s perfectly fine to leave your child with grandma once in a while once they’re past their first few months. At least snooki isn’t doing what my sister did when my nephew was born and party all day every day, I had to drop out of middle school to raise her son for her and I was only like twelve.

  7. cassyg143 says:

We all have our own way of raising our children, to each is own! Only god can judge. I may not agree with everything or anything she said but I have no idea what it feels like to have no personal life or to have my words read by millions. Honesty is the best policy regardless of others opinions, do you!

  8. Bri says:

Absent minded, ‘outspoken’ people, know no boundaries.

  9. TameraThomas says:

Probably not the best way to voice ur questions about her baby but I agree probably she needs some growing up to do but it’s her decision but she seems like she a great mom dosnt have a nanny taking care of her kids 24/7 like some celeb mom’s I grew up @ da age of 17 I had my 1st child but nobody can judge me cuz it wasn’t like I had sex with my bf at da time it’s personal so dnt ask I decided 2 keep my baby and grow up like fast so all in all she a great mom and just needs voice ur prego questions different but half the stuff she says is funny…

  10. Karina says:

oh stop hating on Snooki. why are pregnant women supposed to be all serious & boring? I love Snooki but whether it’s her or someone else. let her be! geez. .

it’s her child if she wants to drink til she collapses , that’s her decision. at least she rather hand her baby to someone responsible while shes drunk instead of being drunk & trying to take care of it. then everyone would really be talking crap about her. smh, let her live. she’s not worried about you so stop worrying about her!

  11. Destiny says:

Snooki may have said these things months and months ago, but coming from someone who watches her on tv, follows her twitter and instagram, trust me when I say Snooki is a wonderful mom.

  12. Holly says:

Im sure we all wonder if our baby can feel us having sex at some point. But snookies comments are way out of hand innapropiate and how could she not feel like a pervert for saying the things she thinks?!

  13. sahi says:

what does it matter IM sure everyone has thoughts on their babys when their pregnat and im sure people party after kids are born all that matters is that the baby is in good hands and no harm.

  14. Antonia says:

I think it’s up to her about whether or not she wants to be a good mother, but she should really keep those comments to herself… they’re just AWFUL!

  15. Erica says:

i think she’s turned out to be an amazing mother but in the beginning she was just horrible and i couldn’t deal with it. She acted way to immature with everything going on.

  16. gabrielle says:

i think she just wasnt ready . i cant see some one takin a child from a mom unless she is really mental an unstable i think some one in her family should get temp custduy of the child untill she get on her grown shit and grows up an stop the partyin im 19 7 months pregnant an there is no reason why a women her age has not grown up an take care of her kid if she didnt want the responsibility she should have not spread her legs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  17. gfeld says:

Did she have her baby yet? I’d assume she did by now and I wonder how they are faring. She doesn’t sound like a responsible mother would.

  18. Amber says:

I say when she has the baby someone should take the baby away before the baby gets hurt. All she cares about is partying

  19. She isn’t giving any “information”, just a bunch of crap that makes me wonder why she’s even having a child!

  20. Sarah says:

she is crazy. why would u want to leave ur baby with someone else just to drink? isnt she the one that layed down and got pregnant in the first place?

  21. Grace says:

i think it comes with an entitlement attitude she thinks oh well grandma and pop will help- really they are the parents cause party….is more important than baby…

  22. naja says:

Everybody is entitled to their own opinions to like snooki is not sayin u wanna b like her r u gonna mistreat ur child..I luv mi kid and mi unborn but I watch snooki n jwoww I actually luv their show hands down people can say what they want and feel how they feel..

  23. MissNative says:

She was very immature when pregnant but as of now I think she has matured for the most part. She’s new at this even though thinking drinking and leaving baby with gma is a no no but that’s her. People learn new things and parenting was obviously hers. If you see her from the time before she was pregnant and who she is now. I think she wouldn’t be so bad of a mother to even talk “vulgure” or anything, In my opinion anyways.

  24. Karen says:

I think people like her shouldn’t have kids. Breast feeding is the best for your baby and I understand wanting to go out but not like you did before the baby, you made him and he deppends on you for everything, it’s your responsibility as a parent to take proper care of him and love him.
