For 30 years, Sharon Osbourne and Ozzy Osbourne have somehow made their marriage work, but earlier this week, TMZ was reporting a possible end to this beautiful, odd, modern day fairytale. The website reported Ozzy and Sharon were living apart (Sharon at the Beverly Hills hotel and Ozzy at a rented home several miles away.) Within hours, Ozzy shared a candid post to his Facebook wall explaining the mysterious spit. “For the last year and a half I have been drinking and taking drugs. I was in a very dark place….I’m happy to say that I am now 44 days sober,” the 64-year-old rocker wrote. He went on to apologize to his family, friends, fans, and band mates and set the record straight: the couple is not divorcing.
Families are not always what they seem, and this was definitely the case for the late Michael Jackson, who was known more for his eccentricities than his good parenting. The Prince of Pop’s 15-year-old daughter Paris opened up to Event magazine about life as MJ’s only daughter. “He was an incredible father,” the teen said. “We all loved him to death. He’d try to educate us as much as he could and was always looking out for us. He was very protective.” Paris, who has been enjoying life as a normal teen at Buckley School in L.A. (where she cheers and plays volleyball), said she’d like to get into a career outside the spotlight: a heart surgeon.

Isla Fisher, whose husband is actor Sacha Baron Cohen (best known as the funnyman behind Borat) gained 65 pounds during her pregnancy with her first daughter, Olive, 5. Although she worked with a trainer to shed the weight, she looks at her body now with more of a sense of humor. The 37-year-old actress told Fitness magazine that she’s accepting of her curves, and believes her body is reflective of her greatest achievement: her babies. Isla, who is also mother to Elula, 2 ½, says she doesn’t even own a scale. Isla told the magazine “I wouldn’t want [my young daughters] to see me weighing myself all the time. I don’t think it sends the right message.”
What’s it like to be the granddaughter of a former president? Just ask Mila Hager (well, wait a couple years until she can talk…) Jenna Bush Hager, daughter of George W. Bush and Laura Bush, gave birth to the first grandchild of the presidential family on Saturday. Margaret Laura, Mila for short, weighed 6 lbs 15 oz and measured 19 1.4 inches long. Henry Hager, Jenna’s husband, told the Today show “Both my girls are healthy and well.” Congrats to the happy family!
