Whole wheat spaghetti and meatballs

Nothing makes kids happier than pasta and, while boiling water and tossing spaghetti in takes no time at all, hand prepping meatballs takes time and attention. Speed up this meal by using Mighty Meaty Chicken Meatballs. These meatballs are delicious and easy to prep. Simply toss time in the microwave and then add them to your pasta!

Jambalaya

Jambalaya is a family favorite at our house. While there are all sorts of yummy recipes that take all afternoon you can speed up the process by tossing 2 cups of minute rice in a wok with 3 cups of chicken broth, 1 sliced onion, 1 sliced pepper, 12 Mighty Meaty Chicken Meatballs and Cajun seasoning to taste. Set the stovetop to medium, cover your wok, stir the jambalaya a few times, and it’ll be ready before you know it!

Chicken nuggets, fruit, and sliced cheese

Depending on how they’re made, chicken nuggets can be a not-so-healthy or super healthy dinner choice. The chicken nuggets from KidFresh are made with antibiotic-free white chicken and pureed vegetables with whole wheat breading. Add some sliced cheese and assorted fruit and you have a kid-approved, super healthy meal you can have on the table in less than 15 minutes!

Breakfast for dinner

When you let your kiddos know that you’re having breakfast for dinner, they’ll be giddy with giggles. Scrambled eggs, whole wheat toast, bacon or sausage, and some fresh fruit is all you need to prepare this crowd-pleasing supper!

Grilled cheese

Grilled cheese is a staple in many households but many parents forget about it when dinner rolls around, thinking of it more as a lunch food. No matter the time of day grilled cheese made with whole wheat bread and paired with steamed vegetables is a healthy, balanced meal that takes hardly any time to prepare.
