It's a Hollywood baby boom! Valentine's Day weekend brought some new bundles of joy to some celebrity parents. Learn more about the new arrivals in this week's EverydayFamily Celebrity Roundup.

Nothing in the world can soften a hard heart as quickly or uniquely as a child — a fact Simon Cowell is learning quickly! Simon's girlfriend, Lauren Silverman, gave birth to their first son together on Valentine's day, and named him Eric Phillip after Simon's late father who passed away after a massive heart attack in 1999. The middle name is also a nod to Simon's tycoon friend Sir Philip Green, also expected to be the godfather of Simon's son. Although Simon is well-known for his barbs at music wannabes on American Idol  and the X-Factor, he reportedly showed his softer side during delivery, telling friends the birth was the happiest day of his life. This weekend, Simon shared a lovely photo of the new family of three with the caption, “You can see how very handsome little Eric is … I never knew how much love and pride I would feel.” Enjoy that newly softened heart, Simon — it just gets better and better!

Forget balloons, stuffed animals, and chocolate. Emily Blunt got something much more wonderful for Valentine's Day — a baby girl! Emily and her husband, former The Office alum John Krasinski, welcomed a daughter to the world on Sunday, Feb. 16. The adorable couple announced Emily's pregnancy in December, and the British actress has been spotted around Hollywood with a seriously perfect bump. John let the baby news out of the bag on Twitter Sunday afternoon, Tweeting, “Wanted to let the news out directly. Emily and I are so incredibly happy to welcome our daughter Hazel into the world today! Happy bday!” Hazel is an English name, giving a nod to Emily's British heritage. Congrats to the happy parents!

It's time for “Remember Her? Pregnant Celebrity Edition”! After being quiet on the music front for several years, rapper Lil Kim is back in the news but for a very different reason: a surprise baby bump! Lil Kim showed off a sizable bump during an appearance at New York Fashion Week last Wednesday, making a rather grand entrance by being carried by her bodyguard. The rapper cradled her baby bump for the cameras, and told E! News “My little boo boo is coming! My little baby boo, my sunshine!” Although Lil Kim isn't soft-spoken about anything, she has stayed mum on the father of the child — although NYC-based rapper Mr. Papers is taking full credit for paternity, telling reporters the pair are expecting a son.
