I have a constant craving for adventure and love to pack as much fun into life as I can. Becoming a mom to one sweet boy has caused me to slow down - a little, and provided me with a wonderful new way to find joy in life. I try my darndest to soak it all in, as I have already found life to move a lot quicker since welcoming this little hunk of love into it. I am married to an amazing man, and I'm still trying to figure out how to embrace the changes in our relationship that have come with new parenthood. I'm an extrovert, so while finding things to talk about doesn't come as much of a challenge, sitting down and recording my thoughts sometimes does. In addition to writing for EverydayFamily, I also manage our social media accounts and try my best to help our wonderful community of parents there and here on our site. I'm so very thankful to be able to help others navigate this crazy journey that is parenting!

I am a big fan of Ergobaby's babycarriers, and they just keep getting better! I feel like this company really takes the time to hear feedback and test their own products to think through what they can improve, and then does it! ...

My go-to first response when I start to feel distressed or notice my son feeling out of sorts is to breathe.
