  15. I make a twice baked cauliflower puree that’s loaded, that my nephew loves. It’s a low carb alternative to mashed potatoes with great taste, Kids won’t know it’s not mashed potatoes really must adults don’t either. If you add a bit of flour and egg to the puree then make balls and them in bread crumbs or just plain ol’ flour and bake or fry your preference and serve them warm with our child’s favorite dipping sauce. They make great treat that’s filling and pretty healthy.

amazing recipes – thank you. Just was concerned about the use of aluminum foil – which there is a lot of information regarding that it is risky health-wise to cook with. Here are just two articles.

I switched to glass – which I find to also be a pretty easy clean up!

Similarly, non stick spray…I havent used it ever – so possibly I am wrong – but I just looked it up quickly on the internet and it seems to have some chemical additives that are just not necessary to put in kids foods – especially when cooking such great vegetable recipes! It is possilbe to make your own non-stick spray by putting oil in a mister – or just spreading oil on the pan.
