    the reply from EF_Megan is most beneficial for your question. I have a one year old daughter, which means i just had my pregnancy a year back which is still fresh, from the readings and experience , my advice is seat ups is not advisable , slow track mill is ok coz u just pregnant, and after 3 months , u can try swimming, its one of the best exercise during preg to keep u healthy and in good weight…
