Introduce new foods slow, and follow the rules on what baby can digest. It will be the baby who has the tummy ache, and he dont want one.

if your baby is 6 months they might not still be ready for food. If they begin to have pooping issues then their digestive system is not ready for real food yet. also i wouldnt indroduce cows milk at a year. it is not a natural substance for humans to eat. plus most everyone has mild lactose and tolerance issues (we are just so used to it we dont notice it) i would do goats milk for it is the most like human breast milk

my baby is now 1 year old, i started with nestum (cereals) for 2 weeks after she reached 5 1/2 months, started on the morning as breakfast, either thicken or mix in her milk, then added at 6pm, evening dinner..
then slowly, at the 6 months plus, to 7 months, i gave her rice+carrots blended porridge, made it variety, rice + carrots/broccoli/anchovies/fish/chicken (shdnt give always , can cause tonsil /heat) /potato ..
tried giving her in the evening, she dont like it…
so, at 1 year old now, she drinks milk+ cereals for breakfast, then porridge on lunch time, then milk again and cereal + milk for evening , and milk before sleep..
prob im having with her eating is:
she dont like milk starting after 8 months (she been on fm since birth, gave bm part time til 6 months), she drinks it when she really hunger, otherwise my mother in law who takes care of her when im at work, will make her finish up the milk by schedule..
this made me having hard time at night where she wakes up at night for milk but do not wanna drink it…lost sleep…
she likes to eat our food, or actually taste it… rather than drinking her milk
