My Body – Pregnancy Week 5

Pregnancy Week 5

The first month of pregnancy is behind you, and you still may not feel pregnant. It’s too early in the pregnancy for you to have gained much weight. In fact, some women who experience morning sickness may have lost some weight during their first month of pregnancy.

Some early pregnancy symptoms also include tingling or soreness in your breasts, a darkening of the areola, the need to urinate more frequently, constipation, and feeling more tired than usual. Some women experience a metallic taste in their mouths.

You may want to invest in a jogging bra, as it may be more comfortable than the bras you are probably growing out of.

plum smart isnt a bad juice to drink and its of plums and not prunes. but i will say that if you like eating prunes it tastes alot better than the juice. also metamucil is safe to take and any over the counter stool softner take 1 a day it is safe as well and it will soften things up .

I have not had to deal with the morning sickness yet, but my biggest issue is a lot of gas and severe constipation. I tried drinking prune juice and it did help quite a bit but it was very disgusting. Does anyone have any remedies that have helped them get through this very uncomfortable time? Thanks a bunch…
