1. fresh fruit, like oranges, apples, mellon, bananas etc. Its sooo easy to prepare and she loves them. plus, the apples and mellon really soothes her sore gummies.
2. baked sweet potato fries. they are healthy and yummy.
3. Cheese. Cheddar or motzarella are good source of calsium and easy to prepare.
4. Chicken breast chunks. Just cut the chicken up to bite size pieces and cook in a pan with a little water.
