This is my first post on here. We are 5 weeks and 3 days pregnant and I have been having cramps, dull and lasting about 20-45 seconds at a time. They are fairly consistent, every 10 minutes or so all day long. I have not had any spotting/bleeding so I have not been worried so far, just curious if this is normal as changes in the uterus occur. Any feedback would be great. This is our first baby so everything is new and wonderfully exciting!
Thank you SO much!

Hi to all, I'm worried I just had my first ultrasound, I am 6 weeks Preggy and am bleeding. I'd call it more than spotting looks like a menses but wouldn't say its heavy either, no cramps yet. Anyone go thru the same and everything worked out. This is my first baby!
Thanx for ur comments.
I had "cramps" my whole pregnancy. the doctor said that it was just the stretching of ligaments. They told me to drink more water and to rest, they would typically go away after resting for awhile. Towards the end anytime i sneezed or moved a certain way i would feel a cramp.
well at the begining when i suspected i was pregnant but i did not know that i was pregnant yet, i had some of the worst cramps and thats one reason why i thought i was pregnant, i felt alot of pain that i usually get when im on my period and sometimes it hurt even more but it would go away and not last very long. and i am already 24 weeks pregnant and ive been to the doctor and everything is normal. sometimes i think that you might just have uncomfortable pains and cramps but its usually nothing to worry about.

With my first pregnancy I didn't have any cramps until I got further along, with my second pregnancy they started very early...My doctor said as long as they are manageable they are more than likely your ligaments stretching and preparing for your uterus to expand.
