Hi, I'm 32 weeks and 5 days pregnant. I just got out of the hospital though for almost having my baby. The doctors got my contractions to stop but I'm already 4cm dialated. They told me even though they got everything to stop she could still come in the next 2 to 3 weeks...which will still put me as preterm. I'm scared and yet ready to meet her...has anyone else had these problems?
I just gave birth to a wonderfully healthy Baby boy, and I know how you feel. When I was around 20 weeks pregnant, I went to an ultrasound where they discovered my plecenta was already detaching. By about 30 weeks I was having braxton Hicks and scared to death he was coming early, its natural to feel that way, I know i most certainly did when all the time i thought I had suddenly was alot smaller than expected. Just hang in there. Also, try to stay off your feet as much as possible and keep them elevated, keep your stress level down, and dont do any exercises such as lifting. My mothers friend gave me the advise and I followed and stayed on light bed rest and I managed to keep him until he was full term. Good luck hun and just know anything you experience in life, there are people out there who have been through it and can answer your questions, dont be afraid to ask. :)
