I am only 13weeks along right now. There are a lot of things I need to prepare for though I feel anyways. Such as the labor, the medications, if I have to have a c-section, epidural. I have phobia to needles and get un-easy when I'm in a hospital. I have grown so much though and my husband is an awesome support. I think it is very helpful to look through forums on what to expect and do even more research about the stuff I read. That has helped me so much that now I really don't have any worries and I think I'm prepared as much as I can be for my pregnancy.
Its okay to feel nervous about needles and a hospital...But I see ur Husband has ur back and is in full support. Go in there and have that baby!! Focus on her and u will forget about the needles and making sure ur baby is healthy..Remember anything for the baby!!!! U CAN DO IT
Im 27 weeks pregnant. I hate needles. I hate hospitals. I have two older children. Its completely normal to be nervous. I'm getting super nervous when Iswore I wouldnt this time around. I just keep reminding myself of how little I remember of the hospital and the needles when I gave birth to my other two children. I honestly only rememebr the joy of seeing them for the first time. The rest is like a movie on the highest level of fastforward in such a blur that it doesnt make sense. This seems to calm me down. As for the epidura fear- if you do decide to get the epidural, you'll wait it out as long as possible which means by the time it comes you'll appreciate it lol. You can also rest assured they don't let you see the epidural needle and your numbed before it is inserted. As for the csection- I try to stay somewhat active, do the kegel crap which I hate, and stretch when I can. The better shape I'm in the less likely I'll have complications in labor.

Thank you!! All this helps a lot. I'm ready for that fastforward moment.
I would suggest doing a lot of research and talking to anyone you know about their experiences when they delivered. Of course every pregnancy and person is different, but it helps to get a different perspective on things.
its not as bad as it seems. i went into labor and it was back labor for 72 hrs. i did have morphine and didnt know til it was over. remember in the end u have a beautiful baby
