Ok Im 19wks and 5 days today. This is my 5th child and the biggest iv ever been. Im concerned that Im gaining to much weight to fast. The thing is I dont really eat that much and mostly make healthy choices such as yogurt, whole grain cereals, crackers, pickles, and cheese. so why am I gaining so much more than before. Im 164lbs but my doctor hasnt had any concerns although thats how much I weighed when I deliverd my last child. Does anyone have any tips. Because I am feeling really self consious about my weight.
Your body is used to being pregnant so your belly stretches out bigger faster! It's not nessasary fat from eating. As long as your doctor isn't concerned just keep doing what you been doing! If your really worried just go for walks!

Well it is rightly said that diet has good contribution, from health point of view. If people take foods which are high in fats would, definitely increase their weight but if they would take light foods such as fruits and vegetables then it would be helpful for them, to manage their weight. Another important thing is that get exercise regularly.
I have seen a lot of women facing the same probel well it happened to me as well but you do not really need to bother it much. Its firstly natural completely.
Just make yourself a bit active,Do yoga that is something you can do in this condition that will surely help you.
