If I were you I would Plan out what i want to accomplish, Like How much exercise your going to aim for. You can plan to take a walk with the family for about a half hr or so, or maybe do some swimming with the family thats good too. If you want to do weights & crunches and stuff. Find Times in the day where you have about 15 - 20 minutes and bust out a real quick session.

Just get creative. & You could always increase your sex life too, Cause thats greaaattt exercise as well (: lol

exercise is very important, a time some time to exercise, but if time is dense should be done at other times

Or go for a walk with all the kids and someone else to help! Walking can be fun, if kids are small, strollers are a huge help!

Take walks with family and if there's little ones strollers can also help you exercise your arms

The size of your family actually keeps your body in constant motion already. Now you should take the time to add in a few squats and other quick exercises,to help you build muscle or just stay in shape.All while never breaking stride with your parenting skills.Post any and all workout questions ,and I will surely share my knowledge of the matter.
