Well you could try walks to the park and while the kids are playing just do laps around playground so that way you could still keep and eye on them. You could even pick up leg weights to help. Some things I do at home since my diet is every where is I keep vegtables in the cupboard and try to add them to dishes as possible, keep fruit in the house, by juice not soda, and I went to walmart and picked up a DVD to help me with my problem areas. I've been 149 for years and when I got with my fiance gained 10lbs than lost 9 before I got pregnant just by working again and after I had my son last month and even before having him I started walking a lot and Ive been do ab work outs that keep me squating so it works my butt too. but just try 30 min a day when ever you can and build up to a routine. hope it helps, I've lost 3 extra lbs from it.

In Response to losing weight:
I am having the hardest time losing the rest of my baby weight. I have no time for the gym being that I have two little ones. Healthy eating is a challenge for me because the easiest option is drive thru! Any tips or diet plans someone could give me? I would love to hear how anybody lost their weight.

I, being a mother of 3 and with #4 on its way, have no time for the gym either. Instead, we all go outside & kick ball or do laps around the house. My favorite & so far the only thing that has really helped me is our Wii Fit. My kids love watching me do it so it's free entertainment for them! Good Luck

Thanks for the tips! I was told I should buy the wii and that it really is a great workout. I have been eating healthier foods and trying not to eat so late. It seems to be helping as I don't feel so bloated throughout the day and when I wake up. Thanks again ladies!

I am having trouble too but wii fit has helped me stay in shape before so I am back to it! Not only does it help but it is fun! The gym isn't an option for me either. Good luck!

Breastfeeding really helped me lose weight. Also I go and and walk around my neighborhood park with my baby in his troller, before my baby wakes up I do push-ups every morning and I stretch at night when he goes to sleep. Good luck.

Have you tried Herbalife? It's really good for on-the-go... they have shakes that you can just mix powder with water and it literally takes under 2 minutes to make and they're extremely healthy. I drank them the entire time i was pregnant and while breastfeeding for extra nutrition and my doctor thought it was a great idea... but you could sub breakfast with a shake to start your day off right. It helps a lot with the energy, also. :) It's difficult finding time to work out but this has helped me get down to my pre-preggo weight!

Me too!! I have a 3 yr old and had my daughter my c-section. Before my son i was 150lbs. Now I'm about 230 lbs. Eating better would work if my kids would actually eat it. Not to mention we have a strict food budget so I hate wasting food and then end up eating what they don't! It's hard to exercise or play as my daughter is so small. I really want to lose weight to feel better about myself instead of frumpy.

Just doing simply things while doing your normal activities helps. For example, while doing dishes do some leg squats. When you mop, sweep or vacuum make the motion exagerated. You can also grab a a couple of canned goods from the cabinet and use them as weights. I have three boys, 10 years, 4 years, and 7 months. My favorite exercise, currently, is push-ups. I get on my hands and knees with my 7 month old and I do push-ups while he practices learning to crawl. We make a game out of it. I have found you can almost turn any activity into an exercise.

Instead of going to the drive thru try making healthy snacks that are easy for on the go. I have seen on pintrest some great ideas people have come up with. I am in the same boat as you trying to lose my baby weight. I have started eating healthier and just started training Jiu Jitsu with my husband. I can't work out at the gym because I get so bored. Try to find a sport or something active you enjoy so it doesn't feel like working out. Good luck!
