Allthough u sud not be exercising immediatly after a vaginal delivery tighten ur stomach muscles a few times a day. at first start holding them for short periods of time, for instance, 2 seconds then gradually increase the time u hold them n that will get u already started on getttin rid of that baby fat. it has been a week since ive had my baby and allthough i didnt have alot of baby fat to lose im alrady almost back to my regular size!!
