Where can you purchase Mother's Milk? I've seen it mentioned in a few threads and would like to familiarize myself with it a little more in case I need to use it.

I didn't start leaking a little til I was 39 weeks pregnant. Most people don't start making milk til their baby is born, don't worry that you aren't producing milk or leaking yet. You've got plenty of time, enjoy the warm showers now!

I'm currently 26 weeks pregnant & I havn't been producing any milk or leaking, ussually the women I know who were pregnant started ot a little earlier than me, is there a problem? what should I do to start producing milk? I really want to breast feed my babyboy when he is born... I take my prenatels & I drink an okay amount of water...is there anything else I can do?

A health food store like Whole Foods. Safeway has Mother's Milk Tea as well (not sure where you live, but Safeway is a grocery store in my town - Fairfax, VA). Traditional Medicinals produces the tea. You can also purchase it online. Here is a link, hope this helps!

Thanks everyone! I'm not sure what to expect with this one. I wasn't able to breastfeed with my first child. He had problems latching on and then the nurses started giving him supplements without my consent and it was all over from there. I didn't feel like I was producing much anyway. Then I was strictly formula feeding with  my second because I was working and attending college classes in the evening. Plus, I was a little discouraged after my experience with  my son. I'm pretty determined with this one though. I'm just hoping when I return to work they will allow me time to pump.

I wanted to let you know that it is a law that your employer MUST give you the time, and a place that is private and free from interruption, in order to pump.

Is that a state law or federal law? I live in Indiana and work at a factory that only cares about getting the product out. They wouldn't even let me go pee when I needed to. I got a note from my doctor to allow restroom breaks and then they required me to go see a urologist! They said I was taking too many breaks and that my urination was excessive! I go once every hour or so.

Skin to skin keep taking your prenatals and there is a tea that I drink it's called "mothers milk"and the brand is traditional medicinals

Thanks, I picked up Mother's Milk today and Target and will start tomorrow. :)

i had trouble producing milk i have low laction and my dr told me to use and hurb called fenugreek and blessed thisel it worked like a charm that and the skin to skin and puming every three hrs worked very well the lactation ladys well tell u also. im still at it and my babys 1 good luck and keep up the work any milk is ilquid gold .

I buy mine at Target but I think vitamin stores would probably carry it as well. Look in your herbal tea section in the store. Good Luck=)
