  7. My son was born at 31 weeks. We just brought him home a few days ago. With him being premature and us having other children things are a bit hektic right now.

I picked it up pretty quick, and can be difficult at times, but when you look at her beautiful face and the things she does it’s all worth it.

I have always wanted to be a mother. ALWAYS. When I found out I was finally going to be one, I just went with it. I don’t think you can ‘adjust’ it’s just something you do or don’t do. When Eloise came, nearly everything just came to me. I had questions of course and was unsure of a few things but all in all, it was what i was meant to do

It came naturally for me as I cared for my younger sibling, took on a babysitting job at the house across from me at 12 and ended up moving in as a live in nanny so caring and nurturing little ones is a passion and it hurts me to watch my friends have children and either suffer from post partum depression or they refuse to change their lifestyle.

It wasn’t overly hard. I’ve always wanted kids and my sister had some before me so I was always over there helping before I had my first. Now with my second, it has taken a little more because it is different going from one child to two. But I think I’ve done a decent job. Just have to figure out time management and make sure both know they are loved and special.

It took a bit of a struggle from time to time; I was 16 with my first child, and I loved him, but I had to struggle with the fact the world didn’t revolve around me anymore. I am 27 now, and would never change a thing!
