As much as I loved the first year, I’m excited for year two. In the second year, babies can now walk, are starting to talk, and everything in their world is exploding with things to explore, and places to go.

I love dates with my children, and here are the top 5 mom-toddler dates I enjoy. I hope you do too!

  8. These are great ideas! One of our favourite things to do was just to get out and walk to a playground, or to the store, or to nowhere in particular. Just getting outside and seeing and interacting with the world is such fun for young ones (and their moms!)

Great ideas! When my sisters were younger, and I was helping my mom take care of them, I used to love taking them to the park. We had one that was about 3 blocks away from the house, so it was really easy to get to and they got so tired they would nap afterwards :) After I have my baby I plan on getting a membership to my local zoo. I think this would be a great way to spend a day on the weekend.
